Framework
All framework components are made of steel. They are dimensioned and assembled in a way to resist the static loads and combined loads specified in the regional and National Building Codes. Components are shop fabricated, and they receive one coat of gray primer in accordance with the 1 – GP 40 D standard.
Columns are fabricated using pre-drilled, square hollow steel sections to allow the installation of joists, wall girts and anchors.
Joists are also fabricated using pre-drilled, square hollow steel sections to allow the installation of bracing and girts for roofs and ceilings. These joists are cathedral ceiling style and each one is delivered to the construction site in two sections.
